Private jet charter across the Middle East

Licensed operators · one quote per itinerary · empty legs when dates flex

Passengers boarding a private jet charter at a Gulf VIP terminal

Charter in the Gulf is not a fallback for people without jets: half the region's flying happens on chartered metal, because the fleet here is deep, professional and often newer than what owners keep at home. Qatar Executive runs the world's largest commercial G650ER fleet; Riyadh's operators fly Gulfstreams and VIP airliners on schedule-tight government and corporate work.

The desk's job is matching your itinerary to the right operator and aircraft at an honest all-in number, and telling you when an empty leg can cut it.

What a trip costs, honestly framed

Gulf charter prices per itinerary: positioning, permits, handling, crew allowances and season move the number as much as flight hours. Indicative bands for a one-way regional sector, quoted properly per trip:

How booking works

  1. Route, dates, seats on WhatsApp.
  2. We check which licensed operators have the right aircraft genuinely positioned, not theoretically available.
  3. One all-in quote with the operator named before you pay anything.
  4. Contract and payment to the operator, the desk stays in the thread through wheels-down.

Flexible dates? Say so. Empty legs on the Riyadh, Doha and Dubai corridors appear weekly and price sharply below full charters.

When charter stops making sense

Past roughly 200 hours a year of flying, ownership usually wins in this region, and the crossover comes faster when your missions repeat. The math is in charter vs ownership in the Gulf, and when the answer is buying, the sales desk continues the same conversation without starting over.

Frequently asked questions

How much notice does a charter need?

GCC hops from Riyadh, Doha or Manama can come together same-day when aircraft are positioned. Intercontinental trips want 3-5 days for permits and slots, more in peak Ramadan and summer weeks.

Who actually operates the flight?

A licensed Gulf operator holding a current AOC, named in the quote before payment. We broker and stay accountable; they fly.

Can you arrange a bizliner for a delegation?

Yes. BBJ and ACJ charters run through a small circle of operators and need more lead time, but for twenty-plus passengers with staff they beat two heavies on both comfort and math.

Do quotes include handling and catering?

The number we send is all-in for the itinerary as specified: handling, standard catering, permits. Changes reprice transparently, never by surprise invoice.
